INGREDIENTS
- 6 Chicken Breasts (cut in half and down the middle)
- 1 Cup of Plain Yogurt
- 1 Cup of Ritz Crackers
- 3 Tablespoons of Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Teaspoon of Garlic Salt
- 1 Teaspoon of Seasoning Salt
- 1/4 Cup of Butter
- Rice Pilaf (to serve over)
DIRECTIONS:
- Put the yogurt into a bowl.
- Mix the Ritz crackers, parmesan cheese, garlic salt and seasoning salt together.
- Dip chicken first in the yogurt then in the crumb mixture.
- Pour 1/4 cup melted butter on chicken.
- Bake at 350°F for 1 hour by covering for ½ hour, then uncovering it for a ½ hour.
- Serve over rice.
